RoutineHero is an application developed by Oscar Gardiazabal that allows users to manage and interact with their smartwatch via Bluetooth. This Privacy Policy explains how RoutineHero handles data.

The app may access certain device features only to enable its core functionality:

• Bluetooth Access — Used to scan for, pair with, and communicate with your smartwatch.
• Non-personal technical identifiers — For example, Bluetooth device identifiers or device model, used solely to establish and maintain Bluetooth communication.

All accessed information is processed locally on your device and never sent outside the app.

Location Permissions (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): RoutineHero requests location permissions solely because they are required by Android for Bluetooth scanning and smartwatch discovery. RoutineHero does not access, collect, store, or use your device’s location at any time.

2. How We Use Information

Any information accessed by RoutineHero is used exclusively to:

• Connect your mobile device to your smartwatch
• Enable and manage smartwatch features
• Maintain stable Bluetooth communication

RoutineHero does not use analytics, tracking, advertising frameworks, or external servers.

3. Third-Party Services

RoutineHero does not send data to or integrate with third-party services, cloud platforms, or external APIs.

4. Data Retention

Because the app does not collect or store personal information, RoutineHero retains no user data.

5. Security

Bluetooth interactions occur locally on your device and use standard Android system permissions and protocols. Even though RoutineHero does not collect personal data, we follow best practices for secure Bluetooth communication.
